摘要
生物技术运用为中国药用植物的研究和中药现代化发展提供了重要机遇。在此,综述了近年来生物技术在中国药用植物研究中的应用进展,包括组织培养技术在药用植物中的应用;植物组织、细胞培养生产次生代谢产物的研究概况;基因工程和分子生物学在药用植物天然产物中的应用,并提出了该研究领域存在的问题和应用前景。
Biotechnology providing important traditional Chinese herbs modernization. The plants in China, including tissue culture in opportunity of development for studying for medical paper reviewed application process of biotechnology breeding, plant tissues and cell cultures application in plants and in medical secondary metabolites production of medical plants, genetic engineer and biochemistry application in phytochemicals production, and put forward problem and application prospect biotechnology in medical plants.
