农民工培训现状及培训需求调查报告分析

Survey on the Training Need of Migrant Workers

城市外来务工人员是农民工培训的主体,对农民工的培训应该就是为农民工着想,充分了解农民工的需求,从农民工的普遍利益出发,抓住农民工最主要的需求及他们所渴望的培训方式,是进行农民工培训的关键。调查抽样选取较大数量的农民工,对农民工的文化技能培训需求进行调查研究。通过比较研究与实证分析,对城市农民工的培训现状和培训进行深入了解,进一步探寻对农民工有效的培训方法。

During the process of China＇s urbanization, millions of rural residents have moved to urban areas and gradually have become a major work force in shaping our modem cities. More and more rural laborers and their families will settle down in urban areas and become an inseparable part of the urban scene.Migrant workers should be trained in order to find a good job. Providing education to migrants will help them improve their knowledge and ability to protect their rights on their own. Immediate efforts should be taken to reverse the unfair urban-rural system of separation and to protect migrant workers＇ rights and interests.
