甘蔗新品种黔糖4号腋芽繁殖培养基与激素配方的研究

Studies on Medium and Hormone Formulation to Axillarybuds Propagation of Sugarcane Variety Qian Tang-4

在甘蔗腋芽快繁育苗技术中,不同甘蔗品种所需的培养基、激素种类与用量多少、配方组合等都有所不同。通过对黔糖4号腋芽离体培养的一系列试验研究,筛选出适宜该品种腋芽诱导分化、丛芽继代增殖、芽培苗促根生根的培养基分别为1/2MS+0.25mg/L(6-BA)、MS+2.5mg/L(6-BA)+0.2mg/L(KT)、1/2MS+3.0mg/L(NAA)+0.1mg/L(IBA)。

Different sugarcane varieties need differ-ence kinds medium and hormones in axillery buds reproduction techniques. The studies screen suitable medium to induction differentiation propagation and root induction of QianTang-4 is 1/2MS＋0.25mg/L（6-BA）.MS＋2.5mg/L（6-BA）＋0.2mg/L（KT）and 1/2MS＋ 3.0mg/L（NAA）＋0. 1mg/L（IBA）.
