摘要
对东方百合Siberia、Sorbonne两个品种的鳞片扦插繁殖作了系统研究,结果表明,用0.1%Hgcl处理鳞片,可有效防止鳞片的腐烂;鳞片冷藏处理对鳞茎的形成无显著影响,黑暗处理虽然使鳞茎增大,但明显降低了繁殖系数;采用锯末/园土(3:1)为基质可大大降低成本,300mg/kg的NAA处理能显著提高百合小鳞茎发生的数目。
The cutting propagation of bud scale of Siberia and Sorbonne, two varieties of oriental hybrid lily, was studied. The results showed that the treatment of 0.1% HgCl2 could prevent bud scale from rotting; The treatment of cold storage had little impact on bulblet formation; The treatment of darkness enlarged the bulblets but decreased the propagation rate; Medium of sawdust/soil (3:1) was observed to dramatically reduce the cost; The treatment of 300mg/kg NAA significantly increased the number of bulblets.
