The plant tissue culture is a practical and scientific biotechnical discipline. This paper discusses using multimedia assisted teaching, making normative demonstration, guiding students to observe and summarize etc, teaching method to lay a solid foundation for training students operative skills in the plant tissue culture. Meanwhile, most students operate the experiment personally. And it can train and advance their operative skills in plant tissue culture by practicing ,validating and searching.
