清肝解毒降酶汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎YMDD变异患者52例临床观察

Clinical Research on52Cases of Chronic Virus B Hepatitis with YMDD Mutation Treated by QingGan JieDu JiangMei Decoction

目的:观察清肝解毒降酶汤对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎YMDD变异患者的治疗作用。方法:将99例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎YMDD变异患者分为治疗组52例,对照组47例。治疗组予清肝解毒降酶汤,每日1剂煎服;对照组予益肝灵片剂,每次1片,每日3次口服。4周后观察两组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、—谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率88.46%,对照组总有效率68.09%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);肝功能中ALT、AST、GGT值治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清肝解毒降酶汤能有效降低慢性乙型病毒性肝炎YMDD变异患者的肝功能指标水平,其疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective： To study the curative effects of QingGan JieDu JiangMei Decoction on chronic virus B hepatitis with YMDD mutation. Methods： 99 eases of chronic virus B hepatitis with YMDD mutation were divided into two groups. The treatment group with 52 eases was treated with QingGan JieDu JiangMei Decoction 1 dose/day, while the control group with 47 cases was given YiC, anLing Tablet 1 pill/time, three times per day. Four weeks later, the observation was made to see the changes of ALT, AST, and GGT in both two groups. Results： The curative effects in the treatment group with the total effective rate as 88.46% were better than in the control group with the rate as 68.09% （P 〈 0.05） . Meanwhile, ALT, AST, and GGT were lowered more obviously in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： QingGan JieDu JiangMei Decoction can effectively lower the levels of ALT, AST, and GGT in patients of chronic virus B hepatitis with YMDD mutation. And its curative effects are better than the control group.
