摘要
用天然水代替有毒的亚甲基双邻氯苯胺(MOCA)做固化剂,通过对生产设备和工艺进行改进,降低了体系中游离TD I的含量,不需加催化剂,并采用了特殊增塑剂,开发了水固化聚氨酯铺装材料。检验结果表明,产品环保无毒,性能优良,各项指标均达到GB/T 14833—93的要求。
The Environmental protection water-curable PU paving material was developed by adjusting the technological process and machine, using water instead of toxic MOCA as curing agent and adding special plasticizer, noing catalyst, the content of free TDI in system was reduced. The test results that the performances indices all of the product meet the needs of GB/T 14833-93.
