摘要 探讨了氯丁橡胶(CR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)共混胶料的硫化特性,共混硫化胶的力学性能、压缩弹性模量和动态力学性能.研究结果表明:当共混胶料中SBR用量在5~25份范围内时,随着SBR用量增加,共混胶的MH降低,t90时间延长,ML和t10时间变化不大;拉抻强度、300%定伸应力、硬度均随SBR用量的增加而降低;共混硫化胶的压缩弹性模量随SBR用量的增加而降低,当SBR用量为5份后,-40℃时的压缩弹性模量约为纯CR硫化胶的一半;在-20℃以上时,共混硫化胶压缩弹性模量随温度变化曲线较为平稳,斜率较小;DMA结果显示随SBR用量增大,tanδ降低,E′增大,Tg变化不大. The curing behavior, mechanical properties, compression elastic modulus and dynamic mechanical properties of CR/SBR blends were investigated. The results showed that the maximum torque MH decreased and the optimum curing time t90 extended as the content of SBR in CR/SBR blends increased from 5 to 25 phr, the scorch time t10 and minimum torque ML were of little variety; tensile strength, modulus at 300% elongation and hardness decreased , but elongation at break increased;the compression elastic modulus of CR/SBR blends decreased with the content of SBR increased ; above- 20℃ ,the compression elastic modulus curve of CR/SBR blends became more smooth as the content of SBR increased; it was indicated by DMA curve that its tanδ lowered and E' increased as the dosage of SBR increased,and Tg was of little variety.
