摘要
家族管理模式固有的优越性,适应创业期企业原始积累的快速扩张,随着家族企业规模的扩大,家族管理模式的缺陷逐渐显现,制约了企业的进一步发展。家族企业要实现飞跃,必须建立利益分享机制、人才培训机制、放权决策模式等现代企业管理方式,构筑复合型生命周期。
Family business has its inherent advantages, which help it expand quickly at its start-up phase. As it grows, however, the disadvantages of family management begin to appear, which limit its further development. If a family business wants to leap forward, it must adopt some mechanisms with characteristics of modern enterprise management, such as benefit-sharing, talent-training, decentralization in decision-making etc. , and construct compound life circle accordingly.
