摘要
论述了一种智能化可燃性气体泄漏监控系统的组成与原理,提出以气体浓度绝对变化量和相对变化率为气体泄漏判定的双重依据,给出了计算方法,给出了智能核心单片机的主流程框图。该系统具有气敏元件自检功能,可兼容气敏元件灵敏度的个体差异及自身变化,具有较强的测控功能和较高的工作可靠性。
The composition and principle of an intellectualized supervisory control system for combustible gas leak are described. It is proposed that the both absolute change value and relative change ratio of gas concentration are taken as the bases judging whether gas is leaking. The calculation method and the block diagram of main process for single chip microcomputer as intelligent core are given. The system has the self-checking function for gas-sensitive elements and is compatible with individual sensitivity difference of gas-sensitive elements and their self-change, h has powerful measurement and control function and higher working reliability.
