摘要
采用磁性能和膨胀性能测试的物理方法,研究了Fe-38Ni-Mo-V-C系合金的碳化物 形成规律。研究结果表明,合金的碳化物起始析出温度为420-450℃,500-550℃析出量达 到峰值。金相显微组织分析表明,物理方法研究Fe-38Ni-Mo-V-C系碳化物形成规律得出的试 验结论具有较高的可靠性。
Carbide formation law of Fe-38Ni-Mo-V-C series alloy has been studied with physical methods of magnetic and expansion property testing. Results indicate that the starting temperature of carbide formation is around 420 -450℃ ,and the peak value of precipitation appears around 500-550℃. Analysis of the microstrueture shows that the test result of the carbide formation law of Fe38Ni-Mo-V-C series alloy by physical methods is credible.
