摘要
介绍了一种研制超大型高温合金涡轮盘的新技术,其核心是大型高温合金钢锭冶炼 和超大型高温合金涡轮盘的锻造成型工艺。通过对大型高温合金钢锭冶炼工艺的研究,成功 试制出了国内最大高温合金钢锭——GH2674合金φ900的钢锭,其成分及表面均满足使用要 求,并通过4000 t快锻制备了超大型涡轮盘所需的圆柱体坯料。同时根据国内现有的锻造设 备的特点,将涡轮盘的锻造工艺进行了改进,开发了分区变形的锻造工艺。采用该工艺,成功 试制出φ1840-2118的超大型高温合金涡轮盘。
A new technology for development of the extra-large turbine disk made of superalloy is introduced. The core of the new technology is the ingot' s remelting and turbine disk ' s forging molding. With series of studies on ESR technology of superalloy ingots,the largest superalloy ingot-GH2674 with ф900 has been successfully developed,and both its chemical composition and surface quality meet requirements of service. Now the ingots have been manufactured into cylinder billet used to produce extra-large turbine disks by a 4 000-ton forging press. On the basis of the domestic forging press characteristics,the forging technology has been improved and a new forging technology known as zoned forging was developed. With this technology, extra-large turbine disks with diameters ranging from ф1 840 to ф2 118 have been successfully developed by a 4 000-ton high speed forging press,which lays a solid foundation for the development of our heavy-duty gas turbine.
