摘要 以低碳高硫磷钢为研究对象,应用Schiel凝固方程对凝固过程中硫化物的析出进行 了热力学模拟,分析了硫化物凝固析出的热力学规律及其影响因素。指出合理的锰、硫成分设 计、采用连铸工艺和对钢液进行适当的钙处理,可以获得理想的硫化物形态及分布,为易切削 钢的设计和应用提供了热力学依据。 Low-carbon high-sulfur and high-phosphorus steel is taken as an object of study, and thermodynamic analog has been made for sulfide precipitation in steel in the process of solidification with the Shiel solidification equation. Thermodynamic law of sulfide precipitation in steel, together with its influential factors, has been analyzed, It has been pointed out that reasonable composition design for manganese and sulfur in steel,adoption of continuous casting technology and proper calcium treatment of liquid steel are crucial to obtain ideal morphology and distribution of sulfide in steel. It provides thermodynamic basis for the design and application of free-cutting steels.
