磷酸化对核受体功能的调控研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in the Regulation of Nuclear Receptor Function Mediated by the Phosphorylation Pathway

摘要 核受体是细胞核内一类能同相应的配体结合并调控特定基因表达的转录因子,参与细胞的分化、增殖和凋亡。研究表明,核受体的磷酸化与去磷酸化在多条信号途径中起着重要作用。本文围绕核受体的基本结构和功能、核受体发生磷酸化的部位、磷酸化对核受体转录活性的调节以及核受体磷酸化与癌症等几方面进行综述。 Nuclear receptors (NRs) are one of the transcription factors which regulate the expression of specific genes in response to the binding of their cognate ligands in the nucleus, and these NRs are involved in cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis. It is demonstrated that phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of NRs play a critical role in a variety of signaling pathways. This article reviews the basic structure and function of nuclear receptors, NRs phosphorylation sites, regulation of transcription of NRs through phosphorylation and the relation of NRs phosphorylation with cancer.
