摘要
为了实现型砂质量的快速在线检测和组分控制,研制了一种基于新方法的型砂质量直接优化控制系统。介绍了该系统的结构、工作原理并详细论述了系统的关键部分——上位机管理软件的设计。
In order to test the composition of green sand on-line and control its quality,an optimizing direct-control system based on a new method has been developed by the authors.The paper deals with the structure and operation principle of the control system.Design of the host administrators,a key part of the system,is discussed in details.
