单机头电脑刺绣机横梁的模态仿真

摘要 该文以RF1201型电脑刺绣机的横梁作为研究对象,运用有限元分析的方法,对其施加满足实际工况的约束,在计算机容量允许的情况下,选择精度更高的单元和划分更细的网格密度,计算出横梁的模态频率以及模态振型。为了验证有限元法计算结果的正确性,又通过实地的振动试验,具体测出了横梁的共振频率,验证了有限元计算结果的正确性。利用经过验证的有限元模型,在计算机上作结构改进仿真设计,以期找到提高横梁共振频率的措施。通过多种方案比较,发现单独增加横梁的厚度,将大幅提高刺绣机的成本,本文采用在横梁下侧增加一根加强筋,形成一个三角形稳定结构,可以实现在不改动电脑刺绣机其他零件尺寸的前提下,提高横梁的模态频率,使电脑刺绣机更不易发生共振。 FEA simulation method is applied to beam of RF1201 computerized embroidery machine. The model frequency and model tape are given , the constraints with real work conditions are applied to beam and more precise element and high density of meshing are chosen. Vibration tests have been done in order to verify the simulation resuits, finally the resonance frequency is detected and the conclusion shows that the simulation result is right. Making use of the verified FEA model, the simulation constructer design has been done in the computer to find methods that can increase the resonance frequency. The comparison of many plans shows, increasing the thickness of beam steel only will increase the cost of machine, so using a tendon forming a triangle holding structure can increase the resonance frequency of beam without modifying other element and avoid resonating in computerized embroidery machine.
