摘要 介绍了冶金熔体黏度测控系统的设计、组成环节、功能及应用效果。该系统由PC及控制模块通过软件实现了电炉控温,黏度测量、计算及图表显示和打印输出的自动化,具有控温精度高,抗干扰能力强,黏度测量范围宽,软件操作界面灵活等特点,系统整体性能稳定。 The design, compositions, functions and applicable effects of the viscosity measuring and control system of metallurgical melt are introduced. The system is composed of PC and control modules, and working for temperature control, viscosity measurement, calculations and graphic display as well as automatic printout. It features high control accuracy, high anti-interference capability, wide range of viscosity measurement and flexible software operating interface, etc. The entire performance of the system is stable.
