摘要
夹具标准件是夹具设计的基础应用资源.本文论述了以VB.net编程技术、数据库技术和MDT(Mechanical Desktop)为基础的二次开发技术,提出了MDT二次开发环境的三维参数化夹具元件数据库驱动的技术原理,运用MDT编程接口,以VB.net编程技术实现了基于VB.net的尺寸数据库对夹具元件图的驱动,建立了统一标准的三维夹具标准件图形库.设计实例表明,本系统有利于系列化产品设计并能提高设计效率.
The graphics library of fixture element is a base resource of computer aided fixture design （CAFD）. The paper discusses the technology of secondary developing based on VB. net programming, database and MDT. The technology principle of fixture elements database for 3D parameterization driving are presented in secondary developing environment of MDT. The graphics of fixture elements driveing with dimension database based on the VB. net is realized by the programming technology of the VB. net. The graphics library of standard fixture elements for 3D parameterization is established.
