摘要 龚嘴水电厂1号发电机组运行至今已三十多年,现在设备老化现象严重。2003年5月该厂改造了1号水轮发电机组定子线圈、铁芯和水涡轮,通过采用新型通风系统结构,实现了定子、转子温升分布均匀,温升较低,达到发电机增容10 MW的效果。 No. 1 generating unit in Gongzui Hydropower Station has been in operation for over 30 years, and its aging phenomenon is quite serious. In May of 2003, the stator coil, core and water turbine of No. 1 water- turbine generator set were reformed. By adopting new structure of ventilation system, temperature rise of stator and rotor has been distributed uniformly and temperature rise is low, so it has reached the effect that the generator capacity has increased by 10MW.
