制造业的发展程度关系到我们国家是否能在当今世界占有一席之地。目前我国制造业存在着规模相对较小、产业集中度低、结构安排不合理、技术含量不高和过度依靠廉价的人力资本等问题。这些问题如果不能得到有效的解决,将直接阻碍我国经济的后续发展。

In some degree the development of manufacturing industry influences that if our country can compete with others in the world. So far our manufacturing industry exists many disadvantages, such as too small scale, the unreasonable structure, the low level of technology and too much depending on cheaper workers. If they could not be solved effectively, those problems would seriously influence the development of our whole economy.
