试论《金匮要略》之“气分”

"Qi phase" in 《Synopsis ofGolden Chamber》

笔者结合《金匮要略.水气病》篇论“气分”的30、31、32条原文,依据历代注家观点,对其疑难点进行了相关分析与评述。提出“气分”为一病证名,并对其形成的病机、证候、治方及相关病证鉴别等进行了深入探讨,认为掌握“气分”病证对指导临床辨证论治具有重要意义。

The knotty questions in 30, 31 and 32 item of “qi phase”in Synopsis of golden chamber.edema caused by disorder of qi were analyzed based on the original writing and the viewpoint of comment specialist in past dynasties. It was postulated that “qi phase”was a name of disease, and its pathogenesis, syndrome, therapy and formula, differentiation from other correlative disease and syndrome discrimination, were explored deeply. It was very important to seize hold of the syndrome of “qi phase”for directing the clinical therapy with syndrome differentiation.
