摘要 为提高航空用奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的纯净度,使用真空感应炉熔炼(VIM),对1Cr18Ni9Ti的冶炼工艺进行了研究,结果表明:控制Cr/Ni≤1.80,7.7≤Ti/C≤15.5,Al<0.10%,可以避免晶间腐蚀发生,并且可以减少管材开裂,提高热塑性。所生产的钢的纯净度可以满足[O]+[H]+[N]<36×10-6。 In order to improve the purity of Austenitic Stainless Steel |Cr|SNi9Ti used in aviation, smelting process by vacuum induction furnace was studied. The results have shown that through controlling element content to Cr/Ni≤1. 80,7.7≤Ti/C≤15.5,Al≤0. 10% of |Cr|SNi9Ti smelted by VIF, intergranular corrosion was avoided, crazing of the steel was decreased to enhance the plastic properties as well. The purity of |Cr|SNi9Ti steels smelted in VIF could reach to [O]+[H]+[N]〈36×10^-6.
