摘要
通过对冶金企业现状的分析,指出在冶金企业应用PDM系统可使企业内部的信息孤岛有机的联系起来,从而使企业中各种应用数据被高度集中,协调和共享,并使市场需求与实际生产、管理等环节紧密结合,以使得冶金企业能更好的适应现在多变的市场需要。同时依据对COM+组件技术的安全性和分布性的分析,提出在冶金企业采用COM+技术来实现分布式PDM集成框架的体系结构。在实现时可以对某一服务(或接口方法)进行角色(不同权限组)级的安全设置,从而保证数据共享时数据的安全性。由于COM+组件服务器可以分布存放,同时数据仓库亦可以与其分布存放,从而使得PDM系统的灵活性和分布性大大提高。因此基于COM+的冶金PDM集成框架可以很好地提供安全、分布的数据共享与管理。
Through the analyses of the present situation about metallurgy, it's very clear that the separated information in the metallurgy enterprises can be connected organically and different kinds of data can be highly concentrated, harmonized and shared. It combines the market demands and the practical production as well as the practical production and the management so that the metallurgy enterprises better meet the variety changing market demands. Meanwhile, according to the analyses of security and distribution of COM+ technique, the system structure has been proposed that adopting COM+ technique realizes distributive PDM integrated frame. Some safety setting depended on different roles can be done to some kind of service (or interface method) to ensure the security when the data are shared. Because COM+ service servers can be stored scatterly and the database or data warehouse can also be placed in different computers, the flexibility and distribution of the PDM system have been greatly improved. Therefore, PDM frame based on CDM--[- technique can provides very good safe, distributive data share and management.
