摘要
采用CO2水玻璃砂型铸渗工艺制备了碳化钨/高铬铸铁复合铸渗层试样,借助于MLD-10动载磨损试验机、扫描电镜研究了渗剂组分、粒度、工艺参数对铸渗层耐磨性的影响,结果表明:在试验条件下,渗剂中加入60~80目的20%碳化钨颗粒、40%高铬铸铁粉获得的铸渗层耐磨性能最佳.复合铸渗层适合于小能量冲击磨损的工况条件.
In this paper,samples with WC/high-Cr cast iron composite layer have been gained by CO2 silicatebonder sand mould casting technique,and the influence of alloy component,granularity,process parameter on wear-resistance property of composite layer has been studied by using MLD-10 impact wear experiment machine and SEM. The result showed:The composite layer has the best wear- resistance property when 20% WC and 40% Cr-Fe which all are 60-80 granule are added at the test condition. The composite layer is adapt to status of impact wear with low energy.
