摘要
用差热分析及热裂环法研究了锑和混合稀土对AZ31镁合金铸造性能的影响。结果表明:分别或同时加入1.0%混合稀土、0.5%Sb都可使合金的流动性提高20%以上;0.5%Sb和1%混合稀土的加入使AZ31的液相线温度降低46℃,结晶温度间隔减小46℃;微量Sb的加入使得含1.0%混合稀土的AZ31合金的热裂倾向明显减小。
The effects of antimony and mischmetal on the casting properties of AZ31 alloy were investigated using the differential thermal analysis and hot tearing ring method. The experimental results show that with addition of 1.0% mischmetal, or 0.5% antimony respectively, or both of them, the fluidity of AZ31 alloy is increased more than 20%. With addition of 1. 0% mischmetal and O. 5% antimony the liquid temperature and the crystalline temperature range is both decreased by 46℃. With addition of small amount of antimony the tendency to hot tear of AZ31 alloy containing 1.0%rare earth is decreased considerably.
