不同酸溶液中电化学合成聚苯胺膜的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在不同的酸性溶液中,采用恒电流阳极电解法在不锈钢基体上制备了颜色各异的聚苯胺膜层。研究了以硫酸和草酸为支持电解质的苯胺溶液中,苯胺在不锈钢基体上的聚合电位以及这两种聚苯胺膜层的红外光谱。结果表明,电解液中采用的质子酸的酸性越强,苯胺的聚合电位就越低;在盐酸-苯胺电解液中,通过电聚合方法不能得到均匀、致密与不锈钢基体结合良好的聚苯胺膜层,其原因与C l-对阳极基体表面较强的侵蚀作用有关。 Polyaniline films with different colors were deposited on the stainless steel in different acid solution containing aniline by means of galvanostatic electrolysis. The polymerization potential and the IR spectra of polyaniline deposited on stainless steel in sulfuric acid and oxalic acid solutions were investigated. It was found that the lower the pH of the acid solution is, the lower the polymerization potential is. In HCl-aniline solution the homogeneous, dense and adherent polyaniline coatings could be hardly electrodeposited on the stainless steel due to an obvious pitting action of active Cl^- to the substrate.
