摘要
通过工艺试验,研究了合金含量、温度、酸度、主盐浓度、电流密度对低温铁合金镀层的显微硬度、结合强度有沉积速度等性能的影响,找出最佳工艺条件。并简单介绍了低温铁合金电镀工艺在零件修复上的应用。
The influences of alloy content, temperature, major salt content and current density on ferroalloy plating layer's hardness, adhesive force and sediment speed were studied. Through a serial of experiments, the best process condition was found out. The application of the low temperature ferroalloy plating process for parts repairing was introduced.
