This paper discusses how to use GIS technology, network technology and software technology to construct a viewable management system of the power communication network resource, which needs to be high efficient and practical. The aims of the system are to resolve the difficult management problems of power communication networks in Wuxi, which are scattered and getting more complicated. The paper introduces particularly the software and hardware structure ,the network scheme, the study content and the functions of the management system. Through using the system,the management level of Wuxi power communication network resource is promoted. The system makes the power communication network more convenient for maintainer＇s running,maintaining and repairing,and makes the programming and management of network resources to stride a new step.
