摘要
目的使用新型工艺代替进口多导睡眠仪的体位传感器,使造价大大降低,精度达到进口传感器水平,不再是易损元件而且可以长期使用。方法机械部分使用凹槽线切割技术,电路上使用平衡电桥原理,传感部分降低易损几率,不再使用判别晶体片,减低成本。结果投入临床使用后一切正常,成本仅仅为进口配件的十分之一,选材上注意负载效应影响,引用误差值仅为0.04%,信噪比大于65dB,灵敏度达到0.001V/Ω。结论该产品完全可以做到进口体位传感器的功能替代,推广使用每年可以为国家节约上百万的资金,可谓是利国利民的好产品。
Objective To use new technics instead of import Multilead Sleeping Machine`s porsition sensor,the cost is reduced very much,the precision attains level of import sensor,and it can be used for long time.Method Mechanism uses Groove Line-cutting technics,using balancer principle in electro circuit,he chip positioner isn`t used any more in sensor for decreasing wastage,the cost is reduced too.Result For clinic using,everything is fine.The cost is only ten percent of import part`s.We notice effect of load for choosing material,error is only 0.04%,S/N is more than 65dB,presicion is 0.001V/Ω.Conclusion The product can be used instead of import product completely.It can save millions of money every year for the country.
