摘要
通过研究球形空间曲面设计的算法及加工路径生成策略,利用宏程序编制出具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的球形空间曲面的加工程序。使用时只需在主程序中对相关变量赋值调用宏程序即可完成所需半径的半球面、球缺面及球台面的零件加工。
By research on algorithm and strategy of route's making in the spherical surface design, the authors introduce a NC macro program which is applicable and simple. When using ,it is only needed to evaluate the relative variables to the main programs then call the macro-program. It is convenient in hemispherical surface and spherical interior or exterior surface machining.
