摘要
制定40C r钢退火、正火、淬火、回火、调质热处理工艺,测定在各种热处理情况下试样的硬度和冲击韧性,并进行材料的金相组织分析,得出了40C r钢调质处理具有良好综合性能的结论。
This paper discusses that the hardness and toughness of 40Cr steel can be measured during the heat treatment processes such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering and modified treatment, The paper also reaches a conclusion that 40Cr steel has a combined performance after the metallographic structure being analyzed.
