阿维菌素、辛硫磷与氯氰菊酯复配对斜纹夜蛾的联合作用

Combination Effect of Avermetin,Phoxin and Cypermethrin Mixtures on Prodenia Litura(Fabricius)

利用室内浸渍法测定了阿维菌素、辛硫磷与氯氰菊酯复配对斜纹夜蛾P roden ia L itura(F abric ius)的毒力,并用Horsfa ll的毒力试验设计及Sun-Johnson的共毒系数(CTC)法评价了它们的联合作用。结果表明,当阿维菌素与氯氰菊酯以LC50剂量80∶20、70∶30比例复配时,共毒系数分别为94.07、110.55,表现为相加作用。而辛硫磷与氯氰菊酯以LC50剂量20∶80、10∶90比例复配时,共毒系数则分别为154.81、158.19,表现为增效作用。

The toxicological effect of the mixing of avermetin,phoxin and cypermethrin on the prodenia litura （fabricius）were determined by laboratory immersion method, and the combination effect of mixtures was evaluated by methods of Horsfall＇s test design and Sun-Jhonson＇s co-toxicity cofficient（CTC） design. The results showed that whe. the dosage of avermetin and cypermethrin I.Cs0 mixed in 80 ： 20,70.30, their CTC was 94.07,110. 55 respectively, which showed additive effect. When the dosage of phoxin and cypermethrin LC50 mixed in 20：80, 10：90, their CTC was 154.81,158.19 respectively,which exhibited obvious synergistic interaction.
