摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法,即以乙腈+水为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定20%乐.乙酰甲乳油中的乐果和乙酰甲胺磷。结果表明,乐果和乙酰甲胺磷的标准偏差分别为0.0522、0.0735;变异系数分别为0.50%、0.68%;平均回收率分别为99.16%、98.55%;线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9994。 The quantitative analysis of dimethoate and acephate in 20 % ec by reverse phase HPLC was introduced using acetonitrile and water (25:75) as mobile phase, C18 column and ultraviolet detector. The results showed that the standard deviation of dimethoate and acephate were 0. 0522 and 0. 0735, the variation coefficient were 0. 50% and 0.68%, the average recoveries were 99.16% and 98.55%, liner correlation were 0, 9999 and 0. 9994 respectively.
