复合微生物制剂对肉仔鸡小肠内容物酶活性的影响

摘要 研究复合微生物制剂(乳酸菌+芽孢杆菌)对肉仔鸡小肠内容物酶活性的影响。结果表明:饲喂14天后,基础日粮中添加0.3%复合微生物制剂的肉仔鸡,其胰腺淀粉酶、肠胰蛋白酶和肠糜蛋白酶的活性显著增加,比只饲喂基础日粮的肉仔鸡分别提高了32%、12%和18%。说明肉鸡饲粮中添加乳酸菌和芽孢杆菌,可以刺激肉鸡胰腺淀粉酶和蛋白酶的分泌。 The experiment was designed to assess the effects of the compound probiotics including lactobacillus and bacillus on the enzyme activity in small intestine of broilers. The results showed that the activity of amylopsin, trypsin and chymotrypsin in the experiment group, which were fed with 0.3 % of the compound probioties additionally, increased significantly 32%, 12% and 18% respectively, which suggested that lactobacillus and bacillus could stimulate the incretion of amylopsin, trypsin and chymotrypsin.
