摘要
从住宅的总体性能出发,在保证舒适度、卫生度、安全度、健康度等的基础上,以人为核心,通过深入生活,熟悉不同居住对象的新的居住行为方式、内容,使得住宅设计有更强的适应性。
In view of requirements on overall performances of houses the housing design is discussed from amenity, sanitation, safety, healthy and other aspects. Based upon the idea of regarding human being as the basis and seeing-life experience new residential behaviors and contents are analyzed in order to make housing design more flexible.
