摘要
本文报告51例结核性胸水和42例癌性胸水患者血清及胸水中ADA、ACE、LYZ及LDH的活性。结果表明,纬核性胸水ADA、ACE及LYZ活性显著高于癌性胸水(P<0.05~0.01),而癌性胸水LDH晕高于结核性胸水,但无显著性。单酶测定对结核性胸水的敏感性PADA为88%,PACE74%,PLYZ73.3%。采用多酶组合诊断PADA+PACE的敏感性为95%,PADA+PACE+PLYZ为100%;若同时计算各酶的胸水/血清比值,可将PADA+PLYZ的敏感性从81%提高到94.11%
The activities of adendsirie deaminake (ADA), serum angiotension converting enzyme (ACE;) lysozyme (LYZ), laetie dehydrogenatee(LDB) in seran aad pleural were me astrred in 51 cases with tuber pl effusions and 42 cases; with maligant pteurai ef fusion. The results showed that the activihies of PAD A, PACE, PLYZ in tubenculous pleu raj the effsion were significatly higher than that of malignaat plufal effusion(P<t).OB-0.-01). The activity of PLDH in malignanb pleural effufusion; was higher than tubberculous pleural effusion bulnot significant . (P>0.5). The menoenzymatic seasitiyity of. PADA, PACE-.PLYZ. in diagnosis of tuberculous, pleur effusion, was 88%, 74%, 73.3% respectively. The polyen-zymatic sensitivity of two or three combination for differential diagnosis between tuberculous and malignant pleural effusion was 95% in PADA+PACE, 100% in P'ADA+PACE + PLYZ.' If the ratio of ehzyAatic activity in pleitral fluid to' serum among all'groups was calculated, the sensitivity of PAD:A+PLYZ ratio for different ntial dikgflosis of-these two kinds of pleural effusion was raised from 81% to 4.11%.
