针刺早期介入治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction by Early Acupuncture Intervention

目的观察针刺急性期介入治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法治疗组49例针刺急性期介入加恢复期康复,对照组28例,只将针刺应用于恢复期。结果治疗组总有效率95.9%,对照组总有效率78.6%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论针刺早期介入治疗急性脑梗死安全可靠,疗效确定,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture for treating cerebral infarction by its intervention in the acute stage. Methods A treatment group of 49 cases was treated with acupuncture by its intervention in the acute stage plus rehabilitation in the convalescent stage and a control group of 28 cases, with acupuncture applied only to the convalescent stage. Results The total efficacy rate was 95.9% in the treatment group and 78.6% in the control group. The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion The treatment of cerebral infarction by early acupuncture intervention is safe, reliable and exactly effective. It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
