石灰性土壤磷细菌的分离、筛选及解磷效果 被引量:20

摘要 从几种不同类型的土壤中筛选分离出磷细菌,共获得3株不同的菌株。将分离出的磷细菌和标准磷细菌分别接入三角瓶中于摇床上培养,通过测定培养液中速效磷含量、pH值的变化情况来分析磷细菌的解磷效果。通过油菜盆栽试验,测定土壤中速效磷的含量,来分析磷细菌在土壤中的解磷情况。试验结果表明,加入磷细菌后,培养液和土壤的速效磷含量都呈增加趋势,且达极显著水平。第3株磷细菌解磷能力最好。生物量C也有所增加,达显著水平。 Screening and isolating the phosphorus bacterium from several kinds of different kinds of soil, get three different bacterials altogether. Isolated phosphorus bacterium and standard phosphorus bacterium were inserted in the triangular bottle and train on shaking table respectively. Through is it train liquid quick-acting phosphorus content , change , pH of value is it analyse phosphorus bacterium solve the phosphorus result to come to determine. An experiment of a rape pot to determine the content of quickacting N , P , K in the soil was done to analyse solving the phosphorus situation among the soil of phosphorus bacterium. The result of the test indicates that after putting into the phosphorus bacterium, train the content of quick- acting phosphorus of the liquid and soil to all show a tendency to increase, reaching an extremely remarkable level. The phosphorus bacterium of the third bowed phosphorus ability best. C amount increased to some extent, reaching remarkable level.
