摘要
采用贵州优良地方品种毕节大蒜进行茎尖离体培养,结果表明:茎尖大小以0.2-0.5 mm,诱导其形成不定芽以B5 培养基(附加3 mg/L 6-BA、0.1 mg/L NAA、0.5 mg/L KT和3 mg/L腺嘌呤)的效果最佳,成苗率为60%左右;B5或MS培养基附加0.5 mg/L 6-BA和0.1 mg/L NAA的效果次之,其诱导茎尖成苗率分别为52%、47%.
Tube-seedling was obtained by culturing shoot-tip of a famous local garlic cultivar in Guizhou. The results showed thal B: supplied with 3mg/L 6-BA, 0. ling/1. NAA, 0. 5mg/1. KT and 3mg/L Ade was the best media for the shoot-tips(0.2- 0.5mm) and the tube-seedling induction rate reached about 60%. Bs or MS supplied with 0.5mg/L 6-BA and 0. lmg/L NAA was the second media and its tube-seedling induction rate was 52%, 47%.
