The mechanism of wet-membrane humidifier and analysis on its influence factors

湿膜加湿器利用等焓加湿方式对空气进行加湿,只消耗风机和循环水泵的电耗,具有结构简单和节省能源的优点。本文从湿膜加湿器的加湿机理出发,研究湿膜加湿器的加湿性能,并分析影响其加湿性能的主要因素,最后简要介绍了湿膜加湿方法的应用,这对改善和提高湿膜加湿器的加湿效率及其推广应用有重要的意义。

The wet-membrane humidifier utilizes the method of equal enthalpy humidification to humidify the air.It only consumes the electricity of the air blower and circulating water pump,having advantages of simple structure and saving energy.From the humidification mechanism of the wet-membrane humidifier,this paper has studied the humidification performance of the wet-membrane humidifier,and analyzed the factors that affect the performance of it,and finally introduced the application of the wet-membrane humidifier in brief,which has very important meaning for improving the humidification efficiency of wet-membrane humidifier and popularizing it.
