摘要
4-氯丁基甲醚是一种重要的有机化工及药物中间体,由四氢呋喃、甲醇和氯化亚砜为原料合成4-氯丁基甲醚的较好工艺条件为:投料比为四氢呋喃∶甲醇∶氯化亚砜=1∶1.1∶1.6,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为5h.
4-Chlorobutyl methyl ether is a kind of important intermediate of medicinal substance and organic synthesis. 4-chlorobutyl methyl ether was synthesized by tetrahydrofuran, methanol and thionyl chloride. The optimum conditions of reaction were determined as that the mole ratio oftetrahydrofuran to metanol to thionyl chloride is 1: 1.1: 1.6, thionyl chloride drops off at 12℃, the reaction temperathure is 120℃, and the reaction time is 5 h.
