摘要 4-氯丁基甲醚是一种重要的有机化工及药物中间体,由四氢呋喃、甲醇和氯化亚砜为原料合成4-氯丁基甲醚的较好工艺条件为:投料比为四氢呋喃∶甲醇∶氯化亚砜=1∶1.1∶1.6,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为5h. 4-Chlorobutyl methyl ether is a kind of important intermediate of medicinal substance and organic synthesis. 4-chlorobutyl methyl ether was synthesized by tetrahydrofuran, methanol and thionyl chloride. The optimum conditions of reaction were determined as that the mole ratio oftetrahydrofuran to metanol to thionyl chloride is 1： 1.1： 1.6, thionyl chloride drops off at 12℃, the reaction temperathure is 120℃, and the reaction time is 5 h.
