摘要
本文针对阀控式铅酸蓄电池极柱铜芯的松动问题进行了分析讨论,通过试验发现铜芯松动的原因在于铜芯表面的电镀铅锡合金层与柱体浇铸用的铅锡合金不能熔合在一起。用热浸镀铅锡合金取代电镀铅锡合金,对热浸镀铅锡合金工艺及端极柱浇铸工艺进行了研究。
The fact that the copper-insert terminal post for valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery in use became flexible has been analyzed and discussed in this paper. The reason lies in unable butt fusion between terne plating of the copper-insert surface and lead-tin alloy used for terminal post. The lead-tin alloy layer is formed by adopting hot-dip plating instead of electroplating. The new technologies of hot-dip plating and manufacturing terminal post have been studied.
