摘要
分析了影响武钢第一炼钢厂1 300 t混铁炉寿命的因素,提出了针对性的改进措施,生产实践表明,改进后的炉内砖体浸蚀程度得到了有效的控制,提高了混铁炉的寿命,并取得了一定的经济效益。
Synopsis：This paper analyzes factors that influence the life of 1300t hot metal mixer in No.1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO and gives corresponding measures. Practice showed that the erosion rate of mixer lining was controlled to certain extent and the mixer life prolonged with good benefits.
