基于UG的注塑模具三维模架库的建立

摘要 以CAD软件UG为平台,根据企业的特点提出了一种建立注塑模三维参数化模架库的方法,并利用开发软件VC和数据库管理系统SQLServer对龙记模架及其变形结构进行了实现.实现结果表明利用这种方法方便灵活,建立的模架库占用内存少,能够方便的进行库的更改和扩充. Using Unigraphics as the platform, the paper presents a method which is used to establish the 3D parametric mold library of injection mold,it realized Long Kee mold and its transmutation by software VC and database management system SQL Server. The result of realization suggests that the method is convenient and flexible, the mold library is less external memory, and its modification and expansion is easy. The mold library is adequately used in the design of the injection mold,the enterprise achieved satisfactory effect, we can also easily realize the integration of other modules of information management system.
