银屑病511例临床分析

Clinical analysis for 511 cases of psoriasis

目的分析银屑病的发病特点,探讨银屑病的临床缓解期和诱因。方法对近年来随访的511例银屑病患者的临床资料进行统计分析,并对2例银屑病患者的活检组织和2例皮损鳞屑进行电镜观察。结果病程在1年以上的银屑病患者360例,其中半年以上的缓解期患者169例占47%。有明显诱因患者117例,其中感冒或上感后发病者65例占38%。2例活检标本的电镜观察见到空泡化细胞及胞浆内电子密度增高的颗粒。结论(1)银屑病患者在发病过程中具有一定的缓解期(临床痊愈);(2)病毒感染及个体免疫状况与银屑病的发病可能有一定的关系。

Objective To evaluate various clinical characteristics of psoriasis and investigate the clinical catabasis and inducement of psoriasis. Methods The clinical data of 511 patients with psoriasis were retrospectively analyzed who were followed up in recent years. The 2 specimens taken from the skin lesions and 2 specimens taken from skin scales were examined by electron microscope. Results Among 511 cases of psoriasis, there were 360 eases with course of diseases over one year, in which there were 169 cases with clinical catabasis over halfa year （47%） .Among 511 cases of psoriasis, there were 117 cases with obvious inducement,in which there were 65 cases with the inducement of the cold or the upper respiratory tract infection （38%）. In 2 specimens from skin lesion biopsy, the vacuolate ceils and the particles in cytoplasma were found by electron microscope. Conclusion （1） The patients with psoriasis may have catabasis during the course of disease at some degree. （2） The pathogenesis of psoriasis may relate with viral infection and the individual immtmity state.
