摘要
转炉溅渣护炉技术是提高转炉炉龄的重要手段。湘钢二炼钢厂自1999年应用这项技术以来,炉龄不断提高。2004年最高炉龄达到22636次,转炉年有效作业率达到93%,年产钢335万t,实现了全国同类型转炉第一目标。据此,介绍了其应用溅渣护炉技术的一些经验和方法。
The splashing slag and shelter oven technique at converter was an important means to increase the converter life. Since this technique was adopted in 1999, the life of converter in the No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Xianggang has been continuously increased. The highest heats of the converter were up to 22636 times, year work rate of converter reached 93% and annual output was 3.35 million tones in 2004. The first target in the same kind of converters in domestic was achieved. In view of the above, the experiences and means of splashing slag and shelter oven which gained in Xianggang were summarized.
