摘要
目的为大跨度结构楼板的桁架式模板体系的设计计算,提出一种较为经济合理且简便易行的设计计算方法.方法以某大跨度框架结构工程的模板体系作为算例,依据相关规范和规定,考虑了结构的一些影响安全的因素和施工中的实践经验,建立了基本计算假定与适当的简化计算.结果通过对模板面板、小楞、支撑系统杆件的强度、挠度以及稳定性等方面的验算,验证了桁架式模板体系的安全可靠性,证明桁架式模板体系具有可行性且能满足国家现行规范和规定的要求.结论为大跨度框架结构楼板的模板体系设计提出了一种全新的设计计算方案,该设计计算方法在满足模板体系设计安全、实用、经济的前提下使模板体系设计更为简便,易于被施工技术人员所掌握.
This essay, by means of calculating and analyzing a frame structure's formwork and bearing frame having such features as high space, large span and heavy load, provides calculation methods for formwork surface board, rectangular timber, steel pipes and fasteners. The induced methods, considering the factor of insecurity of the structure and illustrated by the appropriate computation and computational example, show their correctness and meanwhile satisfy the current specification. The conclusion is that the methods satisfy the request for safety, practicality, convenience and economy, and make it much briefer to calculate the formwork system, and therefore are easily accepted by technicians.
