浅谈城市规划的发展

Talking about the Development of City Plan

城市发展的历史表明,每当社会经济发生变革,以及由此产生的城市结构形态的变化,都将深深影响着城市规划设计的发展意识及观点。本文旨在通过对古今中外各个时期的城市规划变化的总结、分析和阐述,提出了在市场经济体制下,我国新时期应有的城市规划转变与更新,以及在构筑21世纪城市规划时,应着重考虑的一些问题。

The history of city＇s development indicates that once the transformation of social economy happens, the changes taken place in urban structural pattern will deeply impact on the consciousness and concept of the development of city plan and design. By summarizing, analyzing and describing the changes upon city plan both at home and abroad and in every period from ancient time till now, the author puts forward that under current situation of market economic system, some possible changes and innovations on city plan will occur in the new period of China. Besides, certain problems and matters shall be considered carefully when drawing up 21st century city plan.
