摘要
介绍了铜坑92#矿体粗粒跳汰抛废的试验研究和生产流程.利用BATAC跳汰机处理该矿3~20mm粒级矿石,入选矿石锡品位为0.51%~0.85%,可达到丢废率30%左右、精矿锡回收率90%左右的指标.该流程对我国类似资源贫化型矿山低品位矿石的预选,具有较好的借鉴作用.
The article introduces No. 92 Ore - body coarse- size separation test and process. 3 - 20mm grain size of ore has been processed by BATAC jig with 0.52 - 0.85 % of tin grade in the feed. After being processed, wastes separating rate reaches 30 % or so and tin recovery from concentrate is up to 90%. This process is a good example and also a feasible way for other similar mines with same prob- lems of low grade ore and diluted resources to follow.
