Events in the rubber chemical industry during past several years were reviewed and some advices were proposed in this article for the development of domestic rubber chemical industry. Some points are explained in the main advices： the rubber chemical industry in China has a bright future, however the super - heating investment should be avoided. The investment in the research of new technology and products, the intellectual properties protection should be strengthened, and attraction should be paid on environment protection and society care responsi- bility. WTO terms should be utilized reasonable to protect domestic rubber chemical industry developing healthily.
